We want you to love your socks. If you don’t, send them back — no hard feelings.

The short version

  • 60 days from delivery to return for any reason
  • Returns are free — no restocking fee
  • Exchanges are accepted — swap for a different design at no cost
  • Full refund to your original payment method once we receive the return
  • You cover return shipping (we don’t issue prepaid labels for returns)

How to start a return

Email us at [email protected] with:

  1. Your order number (it’s in your confirmation email; format like ABCD1234)
  2. Which item(s) you’d like to return
  3. Whether you want a refund or an exchange

We’ll reply within one business day with the return address and instructions.

Once we get the return

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days of us receiving the package. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional few days to post the credit.
  • Exchanges ship out within 2 business days once we’ve received and inspected the returned item.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong items, email us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll cover the return shipping plus expedite a replacement. No need to wait the 60 days; we want to make this right.

What’s not eligible

Nothing — every item is eligible for return during the 60-day window. We don’t sell anything that requires special handling or sanitation exclusions.
