How to start a return
Email us at [email protected] with:
- Your order number (it’s in your confirmation email; format like
ABCD1234) - Which item(s) you’d like to return
- Whether you want a refund or an exchange
We’ll reply within one business day with the return address and instructions.
Once we get the return
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days of us receiving the package. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional few days to post the credit.
- Exchanges ship out within 2 business days once we’ve received and inspected the returned item.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong items, email us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll cover the return shipping plus expedite a replacement. No need to wait the 60 days; we want to make this right.
What’s not eligible
Nothing — every item is eligible for return during the 60-day window. We don’t sell anything that requires special handling or sanitation exclusions.
